Great stay for a great priceLocation and size. I like that they tell you exactly what you will need such as toilet paper. They had towels we were able to use at the pool.Check in process was a little lengthy since you have to check in with the front desk person but the woman who was there was stellar and accommodating

We stayed in The Tamara condo at Sunny Isles Beach. Ms. Padros was an amazing host. She was in touch with us before and after we arrived to make sure we had no issues accessing the condo. Gave us awesome recommendations of things to do / see around Miami. Valet service was always prompt and friendly. The condo has plenty of space and well outfitted for the whole family. We will be booking our next FL vacation through her again!

This place is great and has a really smooth check in process. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, shower soap, blankets, pillows, sheets, and closet space. The view is beautiful, the resort it is at is extremely accommodating and kind, and I would 100% recommend this place.

This place was amazing! It had a great view and was very close to many of the plaza’s to buy food and groceries. The beach was right across the street and the mall was very close to the apartment. The actual apartment was beautiful and very clean! I would definelty recommend people looking into this area to stay here!

Todo estuvo perfecto en el departamento. , Súper Limpio, y super espacioso con todo lo que se necesita , una cocina equipada, lavadora-secadora...toallas, sábanas extras lindas vacaciones.. la ubicación del Departamento es perfecta en la misma playa y cruzando la calle un completo shopping center con farmacia, mercado, café y restaurantes ....Definitivamente volveremos a Rentar con Shani para nuestras próximas vacaciones en Miami.

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable for our family of 5. Shani was a wonderful host, and very quick to respond. The location is great, across the street from the beach with restaurants and shopping close by.

What you see is what you get!! Clean updated with Amazing views. Shani was amazing, communication was impeccable and no matter what I asked she had an answer for very very helpful. The Valet made for an amazing exeperience as well with not having to worry about parking and it being in a safe place. My Family of 4 was comfortable and we enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner in the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Nothing negative to say hear!! Thanks Again Shani.

Amazing stay! Shani was super friendly and very communicative at all times. The Condo is a dream. Location, Location, Location! The view is unbeatable, the vicinity to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gas stations and pharmacies are less than 50 yards at max. The condo is super spacious, clean and comes with anything you may need. We stayed for a whole week for business and were so happy about our stay that we extended it by another day.

El apartamento de Shani se encuentra muy bien ubicado y los servicios del complejo son muy buenos. Es solo bajar y estás en la playa con todas las comodidades. El apartamento se ve tal cual en las fotos, muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Shani siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier pedido que tuvimos y fue muy amable con nosotros. Muy recomendable para descanso, playa y muy cerca del Aventura Mall para compras.

Shani was an amazing host, extremely responsive and easy to reach. The apartment was extremely clean and located very close to the beach. It is in a convenient location, as there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the condo is very spacious. When we come back, we will definitely rent from Shani again...!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Shani’s Vacation Rental, this condo exceeding my expectations. The view is amazing and I slept well everyday. This is an excellent place to park the family for a vacation. Location is close to everything you need - most within walking distance. Beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. Clean, spacious condo with lots of amenities. Excellent pool as well.

Ce condo correspondait à la description annoncée; propre, grand avec un grand balcon ensoleillé matin et soir. Situé dans un hotel bien entretenu avec du personnel courtois, il est localisé près des services à pied (épicerie, restaurants). On y retournerait si l’occasion se présentait. Les infos reçues et la facilité pour la réservation ont été bien appréciées et ont été faites avec professionnalisme. Merci encore

This is an exceptional property with ocean views and balconies in every room. Very nice public beach is three-minute walk across the street. There are many coffee shops, delis and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Property is located adjacent to Collins Ave which is the main drag. Nice Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Good sound proofing with the windows closed. Check-in took less than five minutes. Apartment is in a secured building so my family always felt safe. 24 hour Walgreens is 1-minute walk that has basic groceries. By Uber cost is about $30 to the airport which is 25 minutes away. I highly recommend.

My stay at Shani’s King David’s apartment was great, the picture are accurate and the place was nice and clean. The view was amazing and each bedroom was very comfortable. The pool area was okay as we utilized it once but the beach is with in easy walking distance. Great location and very nice valet service. Loved this unit.

Expectacular todo!!! El departamento es impresionante y muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo.. es muy cómodo y tiene todos los servicios (playas, labarropas , lavavajillas, parking,etc) .
Fuimos ocho personas y el depto es cómodo y muy funsional ..

El apt es tal cual las fotos. Muy buen ubicado y la gente del complejo muy atenta. Tiene incluido el parking, que no es muy común. Cruzas una calle y ya estas en la playa. Una vista increíble del mar y la bahía. Los ambientes son amplios, y todo equipado. La comunicación con Shani siempre fue fluida y muy atenta. Súper Recomendable.

Amazing stay!! Conviniently located near the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Each of the 3 bedrooms had an ocean view. The King David apartment was very spacious, fully equipped and less than a 5 min walk to the beach!! Shani was extremely helpful and the renting process was a breeze. We’ll definitely come back!
